Event Flow & Schedule

* Participants must arrive at the starting point (Location) during the assigned check-in window.

* The experience begins with a briefing session covering rules, gameplay, and safety instructions.

* Teams will then progress through multiple locations, completing challenges in sequence.

* The event concludes back at Location, where final results and winners will be announced.

* Exact timings, mission count, and duration may vary and will be shared prior to the event.

Ticket Purchase & Usage

* Participant tickets grant access to the event and the right to compete in the Treasure Hunt.

* All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizers.

* Tickets must be purchased through the official platform only. Unauthorized tickets are invalid.

* Pricing is fixed at the time of purchase; later promotions cannot be applied retroactively.

* In case of cancellation, full refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

* If rescheduled, tickets remain valid. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of announcement.

* Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval.

* Unauthorized resale or duplication may result in cancellation without refund.

* The organizers are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damages except where required by law.

* The organizers reserve the right to disqualify or remove participants who violate rules or behave inappropriately.
