• Participant tickets grant access to the event venue and the right to compete in the Treasure Hunt. 
• All participant ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are permitted unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizers. 
• Participant tickets must be purchased only through the official event platform. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources are considered invalid. 
• Pricing for participant tickets is fixed at the time of purchase. Promotions or discounts introduced after purchase cannot be applied retroactively.
• If the event is cancelled, a full refund will be processed within 14 business days.
• If the event is rescheduled, participant tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the rescheduling announcement.
• Participant tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval from the organizers.
• Unauthorized resale, duplication, or counterfeiting is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation without a refund.
• The organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damages incurred during the event except where legally required.
• The organizers reserve the right to disqualify and/or remove any participant who violates the competition rules or behaves inappropriately.

  🚪 Entry & Admission

• A valid e-ticket and matching government-issued ID may be required for entry.
• Late arrivals may be denied entry or admitted at a suitable break.
• Tickets are issued electronically and must be presented at event check-in [either printed or on a mobile device]. 
• Entry and continued participation may be refused if the participant:
  • Fails to present valid ID or ticket.
  • Refuses to comply with event rules, safety regulations, or game instructions.
  •  Engages in behaviour deemed unsafe, disruptive, dishonest, or inappropriate.
• Participation in the Treasure Hunt is conditional upon:
  •  Acceptance of the official event rules, game instructions, and participation agreement at check-in.
  •  Compliance with all safety guidelines, competition rules, and instructions from event staff.
  🛑 Security & Prohibited Items
  • All attendees are subject to security checks, including bag searches and metal detectors.
  • Prohibited items include:
    •  Weapons, explosives, or hazardous materials.
    •  Illegal substances or outside alcohol.
    •  Large bags or professional recording equipment (unless approved).
  • Failure to comply with security policies may result in denied entry without a refund.
  🔄 Event Cancellations & Refunds
  • If an event is cancelled, refunds will be processed per the event organizer’s policy.
  • If an event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date unless otherwise stated.

  • Any fraudulent activity or chargebacks may result in ticket cancellation and legal action.
